Pick Up Policy
Hades will be offering curbside pick up for all products that we offer on our online store. Once your purchase is finished we will send a order number to your email and we will advise you when to come pick up your purchase. We will make sure to get back to you as soon as possible. Make sure to bring your order number as well as your identification card. Please remain in the vehicle and your order will be brought out to you. Thanks in advance!
DO NOT COME TO THE LOCATION UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED THAT YOUR ORDER IS READY FOR PICKUP.

Delivery is available for purchases that are over 50$ but only to locations that are in the Aylmer, Gatineau Region. You can find the delivery option once you have chosen the option to ship.

conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
-Shipment processing time
All orders are processed on the same days if the order placed by noon (EST). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
-Shipping rates & Shipping time frames
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Ground shipping takes 4-10 business days after shipped.
*Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
-Shipment to P.O. boxes
Hades ships to addresses within the Canada. We don't ship to private PO box address.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
-Customs, Duties and Taxes
Hades S.E.N.C is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If you should receive damaged items, YOU MUST RETAIN ALL SHIPPING CARTONS AND PACKING MATERIALS AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. This is necessary because when we file a damage claim with the shipper, sometimes they want to collect the merchandise and packaging for inspection. As soon as we are notified by the shipper whether they wish to inspect the package we will let you know. If so, they will make arrangements with you directly to pick up the package(s). As soon as the claim is accepted by the shipper (in most cases this is within 72 hours), we will ship out your replacement items.
